RV sites, covered and open

With 255 sites, we are one of the larger RV parks in the Waco area. More than 100 of them are covered, which makes a real difference in a Central Texas summer, and they help shield your rig from hail and rain. Our sites are spacious, level and well maintained, with ample room for RVs of all sizes, including Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers. The new side of the park adds concrete lots.

Pool, patio and clubhouse

Cool off in the pool, stretch out on a lounger under the palm trees, or grab a shady seat on the covered patio. The clubhouse lounge and coffee bar are an easy place to read, catch up on email or meet your neighbors.

Stocked fishing ponds

Our ponds are stocked, and the Adirondack chairs and porch swings along the banks are some of the most popular spots in the park, especially at sunset when the fountain lights come on. Ask the office about fishing guidelines when you check in.

Showers, restrooms and laundry

The restroom and shower building has tiled private shower rooms, and the guest laundry room has washers, dryers and table seating so you can fold while you wait. Both make longer stays easier.

Weekend waffles

Every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, we serve complimentary waffles, coffee and juice, with a bar of syrups and toppings. It is our favorite way to start the weekend and say hello to guests.

For pets, adults and long stays
